 |  Our celebration of the 2nd Annual Music Festival kicked of November 3rd, 2006 and was a big success. A good time was had by all! The festivities lasted for three days and featured master fiddler, Billy Mathews, aka "Banjo Billy." He demonstrated techniques of old time fiddle music while many other musicians, joined in. Over 70 guests--many locals including St. Louis, Arkansas, and surrounding area and others coming from as far away as Nashville, TN and Dallas, TX--enjoyed the entertainment and dancing during the three-day celebration.   As always, our administrator, Dave Porter was there to greet our guests and make them feel right at home. Spectators enjoyed a rare opportunity to mingle with many different musicians and gathered around the campus, inside and outside, to enjoy bluegrass, folk, and country music.
