We kicked off the new year with our first exhibition and community social on January 19, 2008 and invited the public to open participation of trying their hand at the potter's wheel.
All throughout the day and well into the evening, Dave Porter RCFA Director, greeted guests and demonstrated techniques of throwing on the pottery wheel. Visitors were invited to tour the facilities as well as to open participation of making pots and sculpting while being entertained by various local musicians throughout the day.
